OSIF 90 Second Quickie Competition

Overview:

OSIF wants you to create a short film, of any theme or genre, under 90 seconds. The winner will receive a their name on the Quickie Cup, Bragging rights for the next year and we will throw in a $100 prize just to spice things up.

Participation Details:

• Open to OSIF members only.
• Films must be 90 seconds or less (including credits).
• Members may submit up to 3 short films each.
• There is a $5 entry fee, payable to OSIF, for each film submitted.
• Filmmaker must own all required copyrights or have permission to use them.

• Competition Starts Jan 26, 2011
• Submission Deadline Feb. 23, 2011
• Winner Announced Mar. 2, 2011
• Showing of Films Apr. 6, 2011

Please submit your finished film on both a playable DVD and a data disc with your film file (.mov, .avi), without compression.

**While there is no way to enforce it, in the spirit of gamesmanship we encourage all filmmakers to create their films specifically for this contest. Why?...Because it's fun!
** We don’t want to eliminate any works from the screening but OSIF reserves the right to not screen a work that could be deemed over-the-top offensive.
